I joined Slimming World because I was morbidly obese and worried about my health. From the moment I walked through those doors, I knew it was the right time for me. I went on to lose 8st in 18 months. My portion sizes are the same, I never go hungry and I absolutely love the food I can eat. There was no end of support from many avenues but especially in group, which I never missed. I can help you to achieve your dream too, whatever that may be, whichever journey you choose to take.
